Lo Romero Golf has once again opted for state-of-the-art technology to provide the most satisfying experience to players who come to this golf course located in Pilar de la Horadada.

For this purpose, a GPS system has been installed in all of its brand new fleet of 70 buggies Tempo, which provides the player with perfect help during the golf round and at the same time becomes a useful tool for the golf course by having all vehicles permanently located.

The geolocator system provides greater security to the players in case of any accident, being able to send them informative messages about any incident that may occur such as a pipe breakage, electrical storm warnings or any other message of interest.

The system also informs the pace of the game, which allows the Marshalls team to avoid slow play immediately. In fact, it has been possible to reduce considerably the time of play in days of much influx of players which has a direct effect on a better experience for most visiting golfers.

Provisions that add to the selected extras just six months ago when the Lo Romero Golf buggies fleet was completely renovated taking care of every detail: premium wraparound seats, led headlights and fridge.

The entire fleet is presented, in addition, equipped with a courtesy pack consisting of two attractive water tetra brik custom with the image of the golf course and 6 wooden tees with logo. At the aesthetic level, every detail has also been taken care of. The burgundy color of the cars is consistent with the visual identity of the golf course and the seats are embroidered with their anagram.

Last weekend Lo Romero golf course celebrates is 10th aniversary in which was possible to enjoy two days of golf and a party to commemorate a decade of work and great professional effort in the interest of all players, offering the best golf experience with a balance between quality and price.

On both days starting times began at 8:30 a.m. All the players were welcomed with a special commemorative “Welcome Pack, and during the round refreshments and fresh melon where served into twodiferent points, while their participation was also captured by a photograph of the best swing of each player. Photos where given during presentation of the score cards in the Club House, in whose terrace a tasting cocktail of different European cheeses and finest Parma ham was served.

Cerveja Estrella de Levante, as a suplier wanted to thank the fidelity of Lo Romero golf course offering their beer to all attendees. Afterwards, Paella rice and fresh melon were served. On the other hand, no participant player achieved the desired “Hole in One” located on the 7th hole whose prize prepared for the effect was a Volkswagen T-ROC.

Previously, on Saturday, June 30 with a participation of 91 players and under the individual stableford modality, the NO official tournament took place, with not only residents but also all those without a Spanish golf federation license, that visited the country undoubtedly attracted by the climate, gastronomy, culture and offer of quality of golf courses that represent both the “Costa Blanca” and the adjoining “Costa Cálida”.

In his speech, Victoriano Jiménez valued what it meant for his father and for him to continue, after having built Lo Romero Golf in 2008, developing this project now as owners. After a public acknowledgment to those present that “the greatest asset of our company is each one of the person that make up the different teams”, he also presented on behalf of the whole team the thanks to the players for all their positive considerations and loyalty during these years.

The event was closed by Ignacio Ramos, who ratified the corporation’s closeness to the sport of golf and more specifically to Lo Romero Golf, who he said were the perfect ambassadors of this municipality and tourist destination attracted by the passion of golf.
